Add New Location

Page Description

Use the "Add New Location" pop-up on the Order Patient Samples page to add a new location via the "Ordering Location" search-as-you-type field.

Viewing the Add New Location Pop-up

  1. Enter text into the Location Name field to specify the new location's name. This is a required field.
  2. Enter a value into the Location ID field to specify the identification number of the new location. This is a required field.
  3. Enter an address into the Address 1 and Address 2 fields to specify the new location's address and second address, if available.
  4. Click inside the ZIP/Postal Code field to select a ZIP code for the new location. Click the magnifying glass icon to manually search for a ZIP code.
  5. Enter text into the City and State fields to specify the city and the state for the new location.
  6. Enter values into the Phone and Fax fields to specify the new location's phone and fax numbers, if available.
  7. Enter an email address into the Email field to specify the main email address used for the location.
  8. Click the Save button to save the newly added location information in the Copia system, or click the Cancel or X buttons to close the pop-up without saving any changes.
