Add New Location
Page Description
Use the "Add New Location" pop-up on the Order Patient Samples page to add a new location via the "Ordering Location" search-as-you-type field.

Accessing this Page
- Click the Manage Orders button, followed by clicking the Order Patient Samples submenu link. Click inside the Ordering Location search-as-you-type field, followed by clicking the Create New Location button.

Viewing the Add New Location Pop-up
- Enter text into the Location Name field to specify the new location's name. This is a required field.
- Enter a value into the Location ID field to specify the identification number of the new location. This is a required field.
- Enter an address into the Address 1 and Address 2 fields to specify the new location's address and second address, if available.
- Click inside the ZIP/Postal Code field to select a ZIP code for the new location. Click the magnifying glass icon to manually search for a ZIP code.
- Enter text into the City and State fields to specify the city and the state for the new location.
- Enter values into the Phone and Fax fields to specify the new location's phone and fax numbers, if available.
- Enter an email address into the Email field to specify the main email address used for the location.
- Click the Save button to save the newly added location information in the Copia system, or click the Cancel or X buttons to close the pop-up without saving any changes.
