Print Manifest

Page Description

Use the Print Manifest page to print the manifest that includes the samples you are sending to a location.

Note that you must have a PDF print driver installed in order to view and print manifests. If you do not have a PDF print driver installed, Copia displays a page with instructions on how to obtain a PDF print driver. If you do not wish to install a PDF driver, click the Back button to return to the previous page.

Printing the Manifest

  1. The Print Manifest page contains the details for the manifest that you may print and send with the samples. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the page to view the entire report.

Depending on the administration settings for the host receiving the manifest, Copia may display a bar code of the sample ID next to the sample ID field.

  2. When you create a manifest, Copia automatically assigns it a number that contains the location ID, user ID, date, hour, minute, and additional letter(s) if multiple manifests are created in the same minute. That number is displayed in the Manifest ID field. You cannot edit this value.
  3. Click Print Manifest to open the standard print dialogs. Change the print settings as desired and then click Print. Copia will print the manifest according to the settings you established in the print dialogs (number of copies, printer destination, etc.).
  4. Click < Back to Create Manifest to close the Print Manifest page and return to the Create Manifest page in the view existing manifest mode. See the Create Manifest topic.
