Admin: Host Selection

Use this page to select a host from the list of available hosts, and edit exclusion settings for sending results.

Selecting Available Hosts

  1. Use this section to select a host from the list of available hosts. If you cannot find the desired host, you may create a new host or edit the type of an existing host in the Hosts page. See the Admin: Hosts topic.
  2. When the Host Selection page appears, Copia displays a list of available reference, local lab (Orchard), and local lab (non-Orchard) hosts with a Select checkbox. Note that the Select checkbox is not available when you access this page via the Fax Recipient page.
  3. To select one host, click on the name of the desired host to return to the preceding page with that host name added to the section.
  4. To select more than one host at one time, select the Select checkboxes next to the desired host names, and then click the Select button to return to the preceding page with the host names added to the section.
  5. Click Cancel to return to the preceding page without selecting a host.

Changing the Exclusions Settings

  1. Use this section to change the default exclusion setting ("no"), which enables Copia to send results to the host to "yes" and have Copia restrict the transfer of results. This section only appears when you access this page from the Practices and Locations administration pages.
  2. Select the Select checkbox next to the host name you chose from the previous page to change the default exclusion setting.
  3. Click the Select button to return to the preceding page with "yes" added to the Always send results to these Hosts section. Note that Copia will no longer transfer results to the practice or location.
  4. Click Cancel to return to the preceding page without selecting a host.
