Use this page to select the logo and other information that displays on the page when users sign into Copia. See the Admin: System Defaults topic.

Customizing the Sign In Page Logo and Background
  1. The Sign In page is the page that appears when you first sign into Copia.
  2. Select the Allow password auto-complete on sign in page checkbox to allow Copia to auto-complete passwords on the sign in page.
  3. By default, Copia displays the Copia product logo as the image for the default image for the Sign In page Logo.
  4. If you wish to change the logo, select an image from the drop-down list.
  5. Click the URL drop-down list to view recent URLs for images inserted onto the page. Click the Add URL Specific Logo button to add a logo via a URL from the Internet.
  6. Click the Images button to upload or edit images using the Sign In Page Logo Images pop-up. Once you add the image, you may select it from the drop-down list.
  7. If you want to change the color that appears in the background of the Sign In page, enter the hexadecimal value for the color in the Sign In Page Background Color field.
  8. Click the Images button in the Mobile Sign In Page Logo section of the Sign In Page Logo section on the Sign In Page Setup page. Click the Images button to open the Mobile Sign In Page Logo Images pop-up where you may select images to use as logo(s) on the Copia Mobile module. Select the Show active only checkbox to have Copia only display active images in the system. Click the Select button to select the image, or click the Edit button to edit the image on the Edit Image pop-up. After you make the necessary changes to the image, click the Save button, or click the Cancel button to close the pop-up. Click the Add New Image button to add the selected image to the sign in page, or click the Cancel button to return to the Sign In Page Setup page. Click the OK button to return to the System Defaults administration page, or click the Cancel button to return to the page without making any changes.
  9. Click the OK button to save the changes made on the Sign In Page Setup page, or click the Cancel button to leave the setup page without saving any changes.
  10. You must click the Save button on the System Defaults administration page in order for the Sign In page changes to take effect.

Defining HTML for the Sign In Page
  1. Copia allows you to add custom HTML to further customize the look of the Sign In page.
  2. Enter your HTML code in the section that corresponds to where you want the custom text to appear: Top HTML, Right HTML, Left HTML, or Bottom HTML. Click the Show or Hide links in the section headers to display or hide your custom code.
  3. As you enter code, Copia presents a preview to the right of the text field.
  4. Click the Insert Example button to add an example of a links section using the system colors, which you may then modify to fit your needs.
  5. Click the OK button to save the changes made on the Sign In Page Setup page, or click the Cancel button to leave the setup page without saving any changes.
  6. You must click the Save button on the System Defaults administration page in order for the Sign In page changes to take effect.
