Admin: Report Delivery Events

Page Description

Use the Report Delivery Events page to view all reporting events that have fired for an order. A right must be added to control access to this page. When a user navigates to this page, they will be able to search for and select an order, and then view all reports that have been delivered for that order, across all delivery methods and recipients. Once an order has been selected, a visual representation of all reporting events will be displayed. Users can navigate the displayed folders by expanding them to view more information. Each folder/result report will display a context menu with more options and information when right-clicked. If a user has access to the order via the search field at the top of the page, then that user will be able to view, print, or download any result report that has been delivered for that order, for any recipient. There are no further restrictions applied once an order has been selected.

Selecting A Current Order

  1. Select an order to begin viewing all reporting events that have fired for an order. Type at least four characters into the Current Order field to search for a specific order. The search-as-you-type field will produce results after four characters if an existing order matches the entered text. Results will display an Order ID and Patient name. Results will display ten results per page, Showing __ to __ of __ entries, and you may click the left and right arrow buttons to navigate between pages. If no results exist for the order, "No matching records found" will appear in the search.
  2. Select the order once your have located the order. Once an order has been selected, all reporting events that have been posted to the order will be displayed on the page below the search field.

Viewing Report Delivery Events

  1. Select the order you want and a visual representation of all reporting events will be displayed for that order.
  2. Navigate the displayed folders by expanding them to view more information. Each folder/result report will display a context menu with more options and information when right-clicked. You can expand each folder/result report individually or you can left-click the Order ID and click "Expand All" to expand all possible options.
  3. Left-click the "Report created at ..." file and a "More" option will appear. Click the "More" option to display the Report Delivery Event Details pop-up to view recipient and delivery details for the order. The Recipient Details section will display the recipient name, type, when it was created, and the delivery method. The Delivery Details section will display all delivery information, e.g., "HL7 message content is stored in the Outbound Queue. The above Created date/time should provide the approximate time that the HL7 message was added to the queue. If the message cannot be found in the queue, it may have been purged or archived."
  4. Click the OK button to return to the Report Delivery Events page.
  5. Left-click reports with PDF file(s) attached to them to display the "More" option alongside the "Download," "Print," and "View" options. Click the "Download" option to download and save the lab report to your machine, click the "Print" option to print the lab report, and click the "View" option to view the lab report. Click the X button to return to the Report Delivery Events page. You may also double-click the PDF file(s) to view the full lab report.
  6. Navigate away from the Report Delivery Events page by clicking on another link to direct to a different page in Copia.
