Use the Source Sites administration page to view, edit, and add source sites in Copia.

Accessing this Page

• Click the Administration menu button, click the Order Choice Setup button, and then click the Source Sites submenu link. You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Administration menu button.

When you click the Administration menu button, Copia opens the main Administration menu, which contains administrative menu buttons, including the Order Choice Setup menu. To return to the main menu for Copia, click the Lab Tasks menu button.

Viewing the Source Sites List

1. The Source Site list page contains a list of up to ten source sites, displayed in alphabetical order. If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of source sites, to navigate through the list.
2. To view active source sites only, select the Show active only checkbox at the top of the Source Site list page. You may set the active/inactive status in the Source Site Details section of the Source Site details page. See "Adding and Editing Source Sites" below.
3. To narrow the list of displayed source sites, or to find a specific source site, enter a source site into the Name field. This is a search-as-you-type field. Click the Refresh button to refresh source site results in the table list.
4. If you cannot find the desired source site, click the Add button to add a source site. See "Adding and Editing Source Sites" below.
5. Click the name of the source site in order to view/edit Source Site details for the selected source sites. Click the Save button to save any changes made to the source site.

Adding and Editing Source Sites

1. Click the Add button on the Source Site list page to add a source site via the Source Site details page.
2. Enter the name of the source site in the Source Site field located in the Source Site Details section. This field is required. Select the Active checkbox to make the source site have an active status.
3. Click the name of any source site on the Source Site list page to edit source site detail information.
4. Click the Save button to add the source site to the Source Site list page. The new source site will appear in the source site table list. Click the < Back to List button to return to the Source Site list page without adding an source sites.

Adding Host Codes for Source Sites

1. Select the Show active hosts only checkbox located in the Host Codes for this Source Site section to have Copia only show active hosts.
2. Enter a host code in the available field located to the right of the host name in the Host Code column.
3. Click the HL7 2.5.1 button to the far right of the host name to add HL7 2.5.1 codes via the HL7 2.5.1 Codes pop-up.
   • Enter an HL7 2.5.1 code into the HL7 2.5.1 Code field to add the code. This field is required.
   • Enter an HL7 2.5.1 code system into the HL7 2.5.1 Code System field to add the code system. This field is required.
   • Enter an HL7 2.5.1 version number into the HL7 2.5.1 Version field to add a version number. This field is required.
   • Click the Save button to save any changes made on the HL7 2.5.1 Codes pop-up, or click the Cancel button to close the pop-up without saving any changes. The HL7 2.5.1 button text will turn green and in italics when HL7 2.5.1 code(s) have been added.
4. Click the Save button on the Source Site details page to save any changes made on the page, or click the < Back to List button to return to the Source Site list page without saving any changes.
