Use this page to create or edit the contents of Mapper Scripts in Copia. This page contains information on all Mapper Scripts in the Copia system and a user must be granted permission by a Superuser in order to access and view this page.

Accessing this Page

• Click the Administration menu button, click the Other Setup button, and then click the Mapper Scripts submenu link. You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Administration menu button.

When you click the Administration menu button, Copia opens the main Administration menu, which contains administrative menu buttons, including the Rules menu. To return to the main menu for Copia, click the Lab Tasks menu button.

1. The Mapper Script List section displays the name of the Mapper Script being selected.
2. Enter or modify the name of the script in the Mapper Script field. This field is required. The Mapper Script table will automatically update when a script is entered in the field. This is a search-as-you-type field.
3. Click the name of a Mapper Script to modify its contents, or click the Copy button to copy the script. Click the Add button to add a new Mapper Script.
4. Click the Export Table button to trigger a download of the mapper scripts as a ZIP file. A text file is created for each mapper script record, using the mapper script name as the file name and the script contents as the file contents. These text files are added to a folder, which is added to the ZIP file that is then pushed to the browser as a download. Repeated text file names are avoided by appending numbers to the file name as necessary. File names are scrubbed of invalid characters. The ZIP file name will be the current date and time, followed by "_ms.zip."

1. Click the Add button on the Mapper Script List page to add or edit Mapper Scripts in Copia.
2. Enter a script name into the Name field to add or modify a Mapper Script. This field is required. After a name is entered into the field, click the Edit Mapper Script button to add or edit Mapper Script information on the Edit Mapper Script pop-up.
3. The Mapper Script Details section on the Mapper Scripts page displays the Create Time and Last Edited Time for the Mapper Script.
4. The Script Usage section on the Mapper Scripts page displays Inbound Hosts Using Script, Outbound Hosts Using Script, and Hosts Forwarding Messages with this Script, which shows whether or not they are using the Mapper Script. This is configured on the Edit Mapper Script pop-up. If inbound hosts are not using Mapper Scripts, it will display a "This script is not used for inbound messages by any host" message. If outbound hosts are not using Mapper Scripts, it will display a "This script is not used for outbound messages by any host" message. If the Mapper Script is not used for forwarding any host, it will display a "This script is not used for forwarding by any host" message.
5. Click the Alerts & Comments button to view any alerts and comments added to the Mapper Script on the Alerts & Comments page. If there are no alerts or comments, a "No Alerts & Comments Defined" message will be displayed. Click the Add button to add alerts and/or comments to the script on the Alerts & Comments pop-up. Enter text into the field, or click the ... button to add quick comments on the Quick Comments pop-up. Select checkboxes you wish to display on the script, followed by selecting an option from the Postpend drop-down, either "Postpend," Prepend," or "Replace," and the Separate Comments with drop-down, either "Comma," "Semi-colon," "Colon," "Space," or "Vertical Bar." Click the Save button to save the quick comments, or click the Close Window button to close the window without saving any changes. Click the Save button on the Alerts & Comments pop-up to save changes made to the pop-up, or click the Cancel button to close the window without saving any changes. Click the OK button on the Alerts & Comments window to save changes made to the window, or click the Cancel button to close the window without saving any alerts or comments.
6. Click the Save button on the Mapper Script Details page to save any Mapper Script changes, or click the Back to List button to return to the Mapper Script List page without saving any Mapper Script changes.

1. Click the Edit Mapper Script button to add or edit Mapper Script information on the Edit Mapper Script pop-up.
2. The Script Usage section on the Edit Mapper Script pop-up displays Inbound Hosts Using Script, Outbound Hosts Using Script, and Hosts Forwarding Messages with this Script, which shows whether or not they are using the Mapper Script. If inbound hosts are not using Mapper Scripts, it will display a "This script is not used for inbound messages by any host" message. If outbound hosts are not using Mapper Scripts, it will display a "This script is not used for outbound messages by any host" message. If the Mapper Script is not used for forwarding any host, it will display a "This script is not used for forwarding by any host" message.
3. Click the Previous Versions button to view previous versions of the Mapper Script.
4. Enter text into the Script Contents field to configure the Mapper Script contents.
5. Click the Save button to save the added Mapper Script contents to the Mapper Script Details page, or click the Cancel button to return to the Mapper Script Details page without saving any changes. To save changes made on the Edit Mapper Script pop-up, click the Save button on the Mapper Script Details page, or click the Back to List button to return to the Mapper Script List page without saving any Mapper Script changes.
