Use the Clinical Info Search page to select the desired clinical information question from the list of available questions.

Accessing this Page

Click the Add button in the Clinical Info for this Order Choice section on the Order Choices administration page or on the Edit Clinical Information administration page.
Click the Search button in the Order Entry Rule Condition section of the Edit Order Entry Rule administration page.

Selecting a Clinical Information Question

A list of available clinical information questions is displayed when the Clinical Info Search page appears.
The Clinical Info Search page contains a list of up to ten clinical information questions. If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of questions, to navigate through the list. If there are more page links than can fit on the page at once, Copia displays the Page field. Enter a number in this field and press the Enter key on the keyboard to immediately open the selected page.
To narrow the list of displayed clinical information questions, or to find a specific question, use the Search option. Click the List option to return to the full list of questions. See "Searching for a Clinical Information Question" below.
If you cannot find the desired question, you may create a new question in the Clinical Info administration page. See the Admin: Clinical Info topic.
Click Cancel to return to the preceding page without selecting a question.
Click the desired question to return to the preceding page with that question added to the page.

Searching for a Clinical Information Question

Select the Search option to search by question name. Enter one or more characters in the Search field, and then click the Search button to view a list of all questions that match your search. Note that Copia searches for individual words or double quoted phrases. If you enter more than one word or phrase, all of them must be present in the question to be a match.
If your search generates one or more matches, the matching questions are displayed when the page refreshes. Copia displays the list of questions with their active statuses. Click a question name to return to the preceding page with that question added to the page.
If no search results are found or if the desired question is not found, search again, if desired, or you may create a new question in the Clinical Info administration page. See the Admin: Clinical Info topic.
