Cumulative Report

Page Description

Use the Cumulative Report page to view the results for the selected patient. You may choose to create the report based on order choices or tests. By default, Copia creates the report based on order choices. Note the following:

Setting the Order Choice Based Report Criteria

  1. Select the format for the report.
  2. Select which order choices to include in the Cumulative Report.
  3. Copia displays a checkbox for each order choice included in the report. Clear one or more checkboxes to remove them from the report. Click Select All or Deselect All to easily add or remove all order choices for your selection.
  4. Once you have the desired settings for the report criteria, click the Refresh button.
  5. Copia updates the report section of the page. See "Reviewing and Printing the Cumulative Report" below.

Setting the Test Based Report Criteria

  1. Select which tests to include in the Cumulative Report.
  2. Select the Remove rows with no results option to have Copia only display rows for tests that have results. If you do not select this option, Copia displays rows for every test within the cumulative report test groups.
  3. Select the Remove columns with no results option to have Copia only display columns for collection dates that have results. If you do not select this option, Copia displays columns for every collection date for every order the patient has had.
  4. Once you have the desired settings for the report criteria, click the Refresh button.

Reviewing and Printing the Cumulative Report

  1. Once you have set the criteria and clicked the Refresh button, Copia updates the list in the Report section of the page. See "Setting the Report Criteria" above.
  2. The Cumulative Report page contains a history of test results over a selected date range. The report contains only approved results. If the report is longer than one page, use the scroll bar on the right side of the page to view the entire report.

  5. Click the Graph button to view the history or graphing for the selected order choice. This button is not an option on test-based reports. Copia uses the filtering options you set on this page when determining which order choices to display on the graph. See the Report Graph topic.
  6. If you are viewing the test based report, click Print to print a report. The standard print dialogs appear. Change the print settings as desired and then click Print. Copia will print the report according to the settings you established in the print dialogs (number of copies, printer destination, etc.). Note that you cannot print the order choice based cumulative report.
  7. When you are done reviewing the report, return to the Order History page by clicking Back to Order History button.
