Page Description

Use the User page to view, create, or edit your account information.

Some of the information in this page is set up by the Orchard Copia Administrator when your account is established. You may only modify the information as described below.

You must have the necessary security right to access the User page.

Entering User Information

  1. Enter or modify your name in the Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name fields. The Last Name field is required.
  2. Enter or modify your degree or professional credentials in the Degree field (e.g., M.D. or MT (ASCP)).
  3. Your full name is displayed in the Full Name field using the information you entered in the Last Name, First Name, and Degree fields (e.g., Jones, Sally, M.D.).
  4. Enter or modify the name that Copia should display for you on reports in the Local Name field, if this field is included on the report layout.
  5. Select your Time Zone from the drop-down field.
  6. If applicable, enter or modify your Medicare-provided Unique Provider Identification Number (UPIN) in the UPIN field.
  7. If applicable, enter or modify your National Provider Identifier (NPI) number in the NPI field.
  8. Enter or modify your Social Security Number in the SSN field.
  9. If applicable, enter or modify your business tax identification number in the Tax ID field.
  10. If applicable, enter or modify your CLIA identification number in the CLIA ID field.
  11. Review the list of your practice memberships in the bottom portion of the page. See "Reviewing Practice Memberships" below.
  12. Click Save to record your changes, or click Discard Changes to clear your changes.

Reviewing Practice Memberships

  1. The "Member of These Practices" section of the page lists the practices with which you are associated. Note that you must contact your Orchard Copia Administrator if you need to modify the associated practices.
  2. The list includes the name of the Practice. For providers, the list also includes the lab accounts related to the providers' practices.
  3. When displayed, the Lab Accounts column lists all of the lab accounts that have a defined account number in the Lab Accounts page. If there is no defined lab account, the column contains a link to the Lab Accounts page where you may define the account.
  4. Click the name of a lab account in the list to open the Lab Accounts page, where you may view or modify the lab account details for the selected practice, including the account number. See the Lab Accounts topic.
