Use this page to select an order choice list to add to an order choice restriction list. Copia limits the order choices available on the Order Patient Samples page to the restriction lists of the insurance plan, insurance company, or practice of the ordering location.

• Click the Add button in the Restrict order choices to these lists when ordering location belongs to this practice section on the Practices administration page and the Insurance Company Information section of the Insurance administration page.

Selecting Available Order Choice Lists

1. Click an Order Choice List Name link to select the order choice list from the list of available order choice lists to add it to the order choice restriction list on the preceding page. You may create new or edit existing order choice lists on the Order Choice Lists administration page. See the Admin: Order Choice Lists topic.
2. Click Cancel to return to the preceding page without selecting an order choice list.
