Selecting a User Defined Field Search Result

  1. The User Defined Field Search page contains a list of up to ten user defined fields. If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of fields, to navigate through the list. If there are more page links than can fit on the page at once, Copia displays the Page field. Enter a number in this field and press the Enter key on the keyboard to immediately open the selected page.
  2. To view active user defined fields only, select the Show active only checkbox at the top of the User Defined Field Search page. You set the inactive/active status in the User Defined Field Details section of the User Defined Fields details page. See the Admin: User Defined Fields topic.
  3. To narrow the list of displayed fields, or to find a specific field, enter one or more characters in the Search field and click the Search button. If your search generates one or more matches, the matching fields are displayed with field name and active status when the page refreshes. Click the List option to return to the full list of fields. If you still cannot find the appropriate user defined field, contact the Orchard Copia Administrator to create a new user defined field using the User Defined Fields administration page.
  4. Click the User Defined Field name to return to the preceding page with that field added to the list. See the Admin: System Defaults topic.
  5. Click Cancel to return to the preceding page without selecting a field.
