When you are finished using Copia, the final step is to sign out.

1. To sign out of Copia, do one of the following:
• Click the Sign Out link at the bottom of the page.
• Close your Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Navigator, etc.).
2. Using either method, Copia will close your session. To re-open your session, you must sign in again.
3. In addition, you may be automatically signed out due to inactivity. The Orchard Copia Administrator establishes the length of time for session timeouts. If you leave Copia open for more than that amount of time with no activity, you will be automatically signed out and required to sign in again. This prevents unauthorized access to your account, but it does not prevent someone from viewing the information currently on the page. Remember to protect the privacy of your patients by signing out and closing Copia when you are done with the program.
