Admin: Purge

Page Description

Use the Purge administration page to purge orders from Copia. These new rights can only be turned on by someone logged in as a superuser. When either one of these rights is turned on for a user, a new page labeled Purge will show up under Manage. This is a two-tabbed page, one labeled "Ordered Purge," and the other labeled "Order Choice Purge." They both have filters consisting of creation start and end date time range, Order Choice, Container Type, and Billing Status. Based on this filter, clicking the Purge Preview button will show the number of orders or number of orders and order choices that will be purged. When purging order choices, if all of the ordered panels were to be ultimately deleted from an order, the entire order is deleted. Currently, after the preview is performed, this data is displayed to the user via the Perform Purge button. Clicking this button purges the orders. This may be changed to run in a background thread, much like how archiving works.
