Use the Edit Clinical Information page to specialize the clinical information questions for a host.

- Click the "Default" or "Lab Specific" link in the Collect Info column in the Host Codes for this Order Choice section on the Order Choices administration page.

Adding or Editing Clinical Information
- Click the Add button to select clinical information using the Clinical Info Search page. See the Admin: Clinical Info Search topic.
- Once you select the clinical information, you return to this page with the new information added.
- For each clinical information question, you may view or modify the following:
- Response Type: Displays the type of response users enter.
- Required at Order: Select this option to require users to answer this clinical information question during order entry.
- Required at Collection: Select this option to require users to answer this clinical information question during sample collection.
- Active: Displays the active or inactive status of the clinical information question.
- Combinable: Displays whether the sample for the order choice is combinable with other samples.
- To delete a clinical information question from the list, click the appropriate X button in the Delete column.
- Click the arrows in the Sort column to adjust the order of the clinical information questions.
- Click Cancel to return to the Order Choices details page without saving any changes.
- Once you have completed modifications, click Save in the Edit Clinical Information page to save your changes and return to the Order Choices details page.
