Admin: Printing Schedule

Page Description

Use the Printing Schedule page to schedule when the printer will print reports to locations that use the selected RAPS. Note that, by default, Copia creates a schedule of 24 hours a day, seven days a week for each printer. If there is a schedule for the printer, Copia displays "yes" in the Scheduled column on the RAPS administration page. See the Admin: RAPS topic.

Adding Printing Schedules
  1. Select the Days of the Week checkboxes that correspond to the days of the week on which the printing should occur (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday). You must select at least one checkbox.
  2. Enter a range of Time in the format HH:MM AM/PM. Copia will only send reports to the remote printer during this time frame. If you enter the same time for both ends of the range, Copia will interpret this as a continuous 24 hour period of time, and will send the reports at any time during that period.
  3. Click Cancel to return to the Printing Schedule list page without saving any changes.
  4. Click Add to record changes and return to the Printing Schedule list page.
  5. Click Save on the Printing Schedule list page to finalize your changes and return to the Remote Printing administration page.
