Admin: Reporting

Page Description

Use the Reporting page to establish settings used on reports in Copia.

On the Print Order tab, you may view or modify the print order of the order choices defined in Copia. The order choice's print order number determines where Copia will list this order choice in relation to other order choices throughout the application (i.e., order choice abbreviation lists, Order Choice Pick List, ABNs, and reports).

On the Reporting Groups tab, you create groups to which you can assign order choices. Then, when using an alternate format for lab reports, Copia will group order choices together by their assigned reporting groups, add them to the report in the designated print order, and suppress or display result headers according to the setting for the reporting group.

On the Cumulative Report Settings tab, you define the contents of cumulative reports, including the names of sections on the report and the tests included in the section.

On the Delivery Groups tab, you create delivery groups and assign order choices to groups. Delivery groups determine when an order choice is reported via email, fax, inbox, HL7, and RAPS.

  4. Select the Only affect the delivery of the order choices that are routed to the specified labs in this group. Order choices that are in the group, but routed to other labs, should be treated as if they are not in the delivery group checkbox to allow partial host-specific enforcement of a delivery group. A group with this new setting turned on would apply the group's behavior even if all order choices in the group on the order are not routed to testing hosts specified on the delivery group. It would only apply that behavior to the order choices in the group that are routed to the specified labs. If the group contains OC1, OC2, and OC3, and the group specifies LabA and LabB, the order has OC1 routed to LabA and OC2 routed to LabB and OC3 routed to LabC, the desired behavior would be for Copia to hold the result delivery of OC1 and OC2 until their results are both received. OC3 would deliver however the recipients result delivery rules are configured. OC3 is treated as if it is not in the delivery group since it was not routed to a lab defined in the group.
  5. Click the X button in the Delete column next to the host you wish to delete. Copia immediately removes the host from the section.
  6. Click < Back to List to return to the Delivery Group list page without saving any changes.
